How long does order processing take?
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.
How do I return an item?
Email us at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return. We'll provide a return shipping label and instructions. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and with original tags within 30 days of delivery.
My item arrived damaged. What do I do?
We're sorry to hear that. Please email us with photos of the damage and your order number within 48 hours of delivery. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund promptly.
Can I cancel or modify my order?
Orders can be cancelled or modified within 2 hours of placement by contacting us immediately at [email protected]. After that, orders may already be in processing and cannot be changed.
