This Shipping Policy describes how BEDATA AI LLC STORE, operated by BEDATA AI LLC (7901 4TH ST N STE 300, ST PETERSBURG, FL 33702), processes, ships, and delivers your orders. By placing an order on hkbetamd.com, you agree to the terms set forth in this policy.

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays) after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or federal holidays will begin processing on the next business day. You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after placing your order, followed by a shipping confirmation with your tracking number once your order has been shipped.

During peak periods (such as holiday seasons or promotional events), processing times may extend slightly. We will communicate any delays via the email address provided at checkout.

Domestic Shipping Options

We offer three domestic shipping options to the contiguous United States, Alaska, and Hawaii:

Standard Shipping — $6.99 (FREE on orders $75+)

Estimated delivery: 5–7 business days from the date of shipment. Carrier: USPS, UPS, or FedEx (carrier assigned based on your location and package dimensions). Standard shipping is the most economical option and is free on all orders totaling $75 or more before tax. The free shipping threshold is calculated based on your merchandise subtotal only.

Express Shipping — 2.99

Estimated delivery: 2–3 business days from the date of shipment. Carrier: UPS or FedEx. Express shipping is ideal when you need your order sooner. Tracking updates are provided in real time once your package is in transit.

Overnight Shipping — $24.99

Estimated delivery: 1 business day from the date of shipment. Carrier: FedEx Priority. Overnight shipping is available for orders placed before 2:00 PM EST on weekdays. Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST or on weekends will ship the next business day. Overnight delivery applies to business days only — an order shipped on a Friday via FedEx Priority will arrive on Monday.

Alaska and Hawaii Shipping

We ship to all 50 US states, including Alaska and Hawaii. However, please note the following important differences for these destinations:

  • Alaska and Hawaii orders are not eligible for the free shipping threshold. Standard shipping rates of $6.99 apply regardless of order size.
  • Standard delivery to Alaska and Hawaii may take 7–12 business days due to the additional transit distance.
  • Express and Overnight options are available at regular pricing, but actual transit times may vary and are not guaranteed.
  • Some carriers may not service certain remote addresses in Alaska. If we are unable to ship to your address, we will contact you promptly to arrange an alternative.

Tracking Your Order

All orders include shipment tracking. Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a direct link to the carrier's tracking page. Please allow up to 24 hours after receiving the tracking email for the tracking information to update in the carrier's system.

Shipping Carrier Selection

BEDATA AI LLC STORE reserves the right to select the carrier that best serves your delivery address and package requirements. For Standard Shipping, we use USPS, UPS, or FedEx. For Express and Overnight, we use UPS or FedEx (Overnight is exclusively FedEx Priority).

Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect or incomplete address, refusal of delivery, or carrier inability to complete delivery, we will contact you to arrange re-shipment. Additional shipping fees may apply for re-shipment. We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Lost or Stolen Packages

BEDATA AI LLC STORE is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after confirmed delivery to the address provided at checkout. However, if your tracking shows "delivered" but you have not received your package, please:

  • Check with neighbors or building management in case the package was accepted on your behalf
  • Check around your delivery area including garages, porches, or mailrooms
  • Contact the carrier directly with your tracking number to open a lost package investigation
  • Contact us at [email protected] if you still cannot locate the package after 24 hours

We will work with the carrier on your behalf to attempt to locate the package. In cases of confirmed carrier loss, we will send a replacement or issue a refund at our discretion.

International Shipping

At this time, BEDATA AI LLC STORE ships exclusively within the United States (all 50 states). We do not currently offer international shipping. We hope to expand our shipping coverage in the future and will update this policy accordingly.
