Shipping & Delivery

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days before shipping. Delivery estimates begin from the shipping date, not the order date.
Yes! We offer free standard shipping on all orders of $75 or more. The free shipping threshold is applied to your subtotal before tax. Standard shipping typically arrives in 5–7 business days via USPS, UPS, or FedEx depending on your location.
Yes, we ship to Alaska and Hawaii. However, these destinations are not eligible for the free shipping threshold offer. Standard shipping rates apply ($6.99), and delivery times may extend to 7–12 business days due to the additional transit distance. Express and Overnight options are available at regular pricing but transit times may vary.
Once your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number and a link to the carrier's tracking page. You can track your package via USPS, UPS, or FedEx depending on which carrier was assigned to your shipment. Please allow 24 hours after receiving your tracking number for it to become active in the carrier's system.
Our Overnight Shipping option is handled exclusively by FedEx Priority and guarantees delivery within 1 business day for orders placed before 2:00 PM EST Monday–Friday. Overnight delivery applies to business days only — orders placed on Friday will arrive Monday. This service is available for $24.99 and is available for most US domestic addresses.

Returns & Refunds

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached. To initiate a return, email us at [email protected] with your order number and the reason for the return. We'll provide a prepaid return shipping label and instructions. Final sale items cannot be returned.
Once we receive and inspect your returned item (typically within 3–5 business days of receipt), we'll process your refund. The refund is then issued to your original payment method and takes 5–10 business days to appear depending on your bank or payment provider. You'll receive an email confirmation when the refund is processed.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on items that have been worn, washed, or damaged after purchase. All returns must be in original, unworn condition with tags intact.
